Christ Church Selly Park
Christ Church, 953 Pershore Road, Selly Park B29 7PS, (0121 471 2379), is the Parish Chuch of the Neighbourhood and provides facilities for the local community including the meeting place for the Neighbourhood Forum.
Christ Church provides a variety of activities for the whole community. During school term time these include:
Toddler Club, for babies and toddlers up to the age of 4 years inclusive and their parents, grandparents or carers. It meets during school term time on Monday mornings and afternoons and Thursday mornings.
Lunch Club, which meets on Wednesdays, for retired members of the community.
Friday Coffee Morning, open 10.30am to 12.00noon. Hot or cold drink and a teacake only £1. Other cakes and biscuits as available. Open to all - everyone welcome.

Pebble Mill and Holders Lane Friends of Holders Lane and Pebble Mill Fields
Holders Lane & Pebble Mill Fields lie between Pershore Road and Moor Green Lane on either side of the River Rea. This is the hidden jewel of Birmingham's parks - for walking, running, enjoying the open air or a range of outdoor activities from having a picnic or exercising your dog to model aeroplane flying, the fields are the place to come and take in the diverse landscape of open grassland, woods, river banks heath and hedgerows. CONSERVATION WORK: Takes place on te first Sunday afternoon of each month, meeting at Holders Lane Car Park at 2pm. New volunteers are always most welcome. An opportunity to help protect and improve the green gem of the Fields in our urban environment and to meet new people. Please note in September only the activities will be between 11am and 1pm on Sunday 10th.
