Join us and our partners, The Active Wellbeing Society and Christ Church for fun games and activities for everyone on the 9th of April on Pebble Mill Playing Fields (by the Kitchener Road entrance). Bring a picnic, meet local community groups working to improve our community and join in the fun.
There will be a range of family and children friendly activities such as giant games, physical activities such as tennis, badminton, football, cricket, soft archery, bean bags, hula hoops and skipping ropes and various children's and family fun activities.
The local scout group will be there and selling cake and soft drinks as part of their fundraising activities
There will be a craft activity for both adults and children
The Fruit and Nut Village team will be at the forest garden where you can find out about the garden and how to get involved
Christ Church will be showcasing some their group's activities. Expect cake decorating and games.
Selly Park South Neighbourhood Forum will be showcasing the activities they support in the community. These include litter picking, maintaining planters, foodbank donations, Selly Sparkle and funding projects aimed at enhancing the quality of our neighbourhood.
